If you were to encounter this error in the payment checkout page, please :


i) Click on the “My Account” tab located on the top right section of your screen and navigate to you order list. Check your order in verifying to confirm if your order has been placed. If there is an order in verifying, the redirection is most likely a glitch. Do not attempt to proceed on from the payment page again, you may end up placing another order.

ii) Contact our Live Chat operators and inform them of the glitch.

iii) If no orders are in verifying, contact our Live Chat operators immediately to report the problem. We will then contract our developers or partners to fix the problem.
