problems with payment

hello, whenever i do a purchase i get this error "Your card payment could not be processed. Please try another card.

Please try again, and if the issue persists" how can i fix this? i did not have this bug in the past, only recently... for some strange reason it still counts as a purchase and it adds into order list but instead of the usual waiting time of 5-30 mins, its 1-2days and i just have to cancel it, i cant wait that long
