I haven't received the code

Hello there, I'm very upset with the no-reply system on the support email. Then, I've paid for a PS Plus card and haven't received the code yet. After 4 days the website has deleted the order and said that there's no purchases in the last 2 years. This was my order number: 16145890 I want either the code or my money back.
