My money was drawn from my account but it said failed payment.

My money was drawn from my account but it said failed payment. I whould like the money to be transferred to the seller.

Hi Emil,

As per our response through the ticket conversation earlier, the payment was rejected by the gateway, do contact your card issuer to ascertain the time-frame as to when they would be returned back to your card account (usually it is a very short time).

 

i have tried to purchase but rejected and payment was deducted
