order checking

hi im just checking on my orders:



Hi breannaluffsyou,

We have checked on the transaction but we are unable to locate the payment for your order on system.

If your account has been charged, kindly provide us with a screenshot / image of the payment receipt (showing PayPal transaction ID) and email to for our respective team to check further, and it may take up to 24 working hours time to confirm the payment.

In case that your account is not charged with any amount, you may just cancel/ignore the pending order and proceed to place new orders again.
