Store credit order stuck on "Verifying".

Hello, More than 12 hours ago, I ordered some store credit from you with a promise of instant delivery. However, it seems my order (#8022522) is stuck in the same limbo a lot of others seem to complain of, verification. Could you provide me with the reasoning and/or help the situation at all? Thank you.

Pertaining to your order, we have sent email to you previously, requesting you to verify your email address, the one you used to registered on your PayPal account. Also, please do update your full name and your full billing address in your Shasso account profile for verification purposes.

We just send new email verification to your paypal email address. Please check spam and junk folder if you did not received it inside inbox.
