Please check to make sure that you are accessing the email address that is registered to your Shasso account. Also check that the email is not filtered as spam/junk.
You may add "email@example.com" to your contacts or trusted senders list before attempting to request for a new pin again.
Shasso sends out the Device Pin instantly, but you may sometimes encounter a delay from your email providers depending on their server load and processing time. Please do contact our Customer Support for assistance if you did not receive the email after an hour.
