• Payment success but order appears as Pending: Contact the card issuer OR login to your bank account to confirm whether the payment has been deducted. If deducted, kindly contact our operators via email for assistance.
  • Payment fail: Ignore the order. The order will be considered as abandoned orders and our system will automatically cancel the order within 15 days.
  • PayPal e-check: PayPal e-check clearance normally will take 3 to 5 working days. Kindly contact the respective payment gateway for further inquiries/assistance. Customers can update us after speaking to their respective Payment gateway support team regarding their orders.
  • Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed: You may click the cancel button via our website and the store credit will re-issue to your account after the order is canceled.
