• Payment success but Order status appear as Pending/Payment fail: Our operators will be filing a report to the Finance department to investigate/check the payment. Once confirmed, we will be reverting back to the customer via e-mail.
  • PayPal e-check: Once cleared, our system will automatically moved customer’s order to Verifying status after receiving confirmation that the payment has been cleared.
  • Offline Payment transaction: Once collected, we will be processing the order accordingly and notify the customer via e-mail.
