• Payment success but Order status appear as Pending/Payment fail: Our operators will be filing a report to the Finance department to investigate/check the payment. Once confirmed, we will be reverting back to the customer via e-mail.
  • PayPal e-check, PayPal payment review: You may contact PayPal's Support for more information. Once the payment is clear, we will proceed with your order accordingly.
  • Offline Payment transaction: Once collected, we will be processing the order accordingly and notify the customer via e-mail.
  • Failed transaction: You can ignore the order itself and place a new order. The purchase order will serve as a record of your purchasing attempt and will be canceled after 15 days automatically by our system. 
  • Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed: You may cancel the order via our website and the store credit will return to your account. Please contact us via email if the store credit is not back to your account.
