• Payment success but Order status appear as Pending/Payment fail: Our operators will be filing a report to the Finance department to investigate/check the payment. Once confirmed, we will be reverting back to the customer via e-mail.
  • Paypal e-check, Moneybookers OK-Pending status: Once cleared, our system will automatically moved customer’s order to Verifying status after receiving confirmation that the payment has been cleared.
  • Offline Payment transaction: Once collected, we will be processing the order accordingly and notify the customer via e-mail.
  • Failed transaction: You can ignore the order itself and place a new order. The purchase order will serve as a record of your purchasing attempt and will be canceled after 15 days automatically by our system. 
  • Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed: Contact Live Support so our operators can cancel the order and reissue SC back to customer’s account.
