PROBLEM WITH MY RECHARGE, IT DOESN'T REACH ME


hello, briefly I comment, send my id and my cards through the application but I am afraid that it is blurry and I do not think it is a problem of my cell phone but by the application, I am visualizing that my two orders have been canceled however I alone the refund to not see me harmed, thank you.
