I'm sorry to take up your time.


I purchased a dollar steam charge card.

But I've tried many times and still can't activate it.

I think it's because I live in Japan and pay in Japanese yen.


I tried to talk to steam's customer service.

But unfortunately they can't help me with that.

 

So I'd like to request a refund.

Here's my order number and a receipt from paypal.
