I can't reply to the order message


I cancelled my order to get my money back, now I have to "Kindly reply to this email with your confirmation" but I can't reply to the order message (I also didn't receive an seperate e-mail to my mail account), now my cancelling is left on pending. What should I do? I also can't find the E-Mail Support here anywhere.
