Authentication failed message

hi, im having a problem purchasing from your store,((authentication failed))message appeared,  knowing that my card works well and it has no problems, i have already contacted my bank and they confirmed that my mastercard is working well without any problems, my mobile number is also available and it is, so whats the problem??
