I really like your service. I just have little issue when I want to pup up my account  it doesn't accept my  cart 

and i don't know why so pleas help me

After i top up my account, where do I find Serial No. and Pin Code in order to redeem my gift card??

Kindly be informed that our store uses a payment gateway as an intermediary to accept payments. Therefore, you may have to use a different card or payment method if you are currently unable to pay with your current payment.
