Why has my payment or ticket not been responded to

This is my 3rd ticket request today...

I have provided all the information that was requested from me. The only thing I couldn't provide is a picture of the information on the FRONT of my credit card. This is because there is simply no  information on the front of my credit card as displayed in my submission. Therefore I had once again submitted a photo attached to the ticket with the information that is requested. Will this be enough? What is taking so long
