Paid with the wrong card

Hi there, I'm currently experiencing two issues.


1) I paid with the wrong card on one of my orders and cancelled it, although the amount was deducted from my card. I didn't receive the code, will I be refunded my money?

2) I sent ID + selfie verification for my second purchase with the right card, how long will this process take?
