billing issue

I've placed an order for 200$, i received a text message from my cerdit card company to confirm it was me who made the purchase, i approved.. the amount will be deducted from my card however in the site it claims i need to assign the billing information(?)

the payment was successfully made and yet my order is placed under pending for approval/cancelation.

could it be checked and hopefully expedited as well?
