It is shown in my credit card trade history, that some of payment has been paid by credit card (0.35USD).
The remain part $5 which should be paid, is still in my paypal balance.
However, your order website returns an error and says I should contact support.

It appears that our system unable to locate any valid payment for this order. Kindly contact PayPal support for confirmation and you may email us at email@example.com by providing the PayPal transaction ID if the amount already been deducted from your account.
