As a reminder. We still not received any update from you since 28 Jun. If payment has been deducted from your account, please do provide us a copy of the payment receipt so that we could forward it to our Finance department to further check.

Hi Ryan,


We have checked on the transaction, but we are unable to locate the payment for your order (10549028) on the system. Kindly provide a screenshot/image of your payment receipt if the payment already been deducted. Once we have  your receipt, our finance department will check on the updates of your  payment. This may take up  to 24 working hours for payment confirmation.


In case that you encounter issues while trying to pay using INDOMOG, we suggest for you to contact the INDOMOG support directly to inquire for more information.
