Worst customer service ever.

I've bought codes from you numerous time and you guys decided to cancel one of my orders. This is how you treat your customers? All I want is a full refund including the processing fee. I am a student and I don't make a lot of money so you taking a few dollars is a lot to me so kindly give it back

Hi Lisa,

We are sorry, as your order had failed our verification process, so we are unable to accept online payments from you.  This has caused your payment to be cancelled and refund initiated back through Paypal.

We have escalated a request to refund the fees due to you as soon as possible.  Allow maximum 24 hours for it to be effected.
