Order Cancellation request: Order #9967031

I didn't know if I should start a new topic or not, but I figured a new one would probably get a response faster. I made a topic earlier about how my direct top-up order failed to top-up. It has not yet been resolved, and the game has events that run on timers. Because it is clearly not going to be resolved within the time I need for the events, I would like this order to be cancelled.
