Problem with my credit card

I have purchase 2 orders:

#9935693 and #9935679

but i have a msg when i confirm payment, that my credit card has problem.


Can you confirm me that payment is not processing?

Payment was authorized by your bank, but subsequently cancelled by the gateway due to various possible security triggers:

 

 

1) using proxy connection

2) multiple tries within a short period

3) security verification offered but not used

4) card details wrong

 

Any deducted amount is typically returned within a few days (1-3 days), orders affected have been cancelled.

You may try again by placing a new order in 24-48 hours, or try a different card or try the same card via Paypal instead. Also, contact your card issuer to request them to find out from our payment gateway Adyen regarding the cancellation.


So you confirm that payment is not ok ans i will not be debited? because i have received 2 mails for confirmation of order "Thank you for your purchase of XX.00EUR at OffGamers."

You may disregard the invoices auto-generated by the system as they were generated regardless of receipt of payment.


Any deducted amount is typically returned within a few days (1-3 days), orders affected have been cancelled.
