Payment was authorized by your bank, but subsequently cancelled by the gateway due to various possible security triggers:


1) using proxy connection
2) multiple tries within a short period
3) security verification offered but not used
4) card details wrong

Any deducted amount is typically returned within a few days (1-3 days), orders affected have been cancelled.
You may try again by placing a new order in 24-48 hours, or try a different card or try the same card via Paypal instead. Also, contact your card issuer to request them to find out from our payment gateway Adyen regarding the cancellation.
