Pending

My Order# 9423641 is still pending. The payment was taken out of my card.

Please assist!


Payment was authorized by your card issuer, rendering the debiting of your card, but subsequently canceled by the gateway which refused it.

 

As we are just the merchant in the transaction, the gateway will not be disclosing their reasons, you may perhaps contact your card issuer to request them to find out from our payment gateway Adyen regarding the cancellation.

 But The payment was taken out of my card..as seen in the picture

It will be reflected back to your account, Pablo.
