We have checked on the transaction but we are unable to locate the payment for your order via Maybank2U. If your account has been charged, kindly provide us with a screenshot / image of the payment receipt so we may escalate it to the finance department for further checking, and it may take up to 24 working hours time to confirm the payment.
In case that your account is not charged with any amount, you may just cancel/ignore the pending order and proceed to place new orders again.
