ORDER# 8498610

almost 12 hours pass and my Order is still "Awaiting Payment". Is there any problem with the transaction ????

If yes, will i get i done before tomorrow ???

In regards to your order 8498610, we have checked on the transaction but we are unable to locate the payment. 

If your credit card has been charged, kindly provide a screenshot/image of your credit card payment receipt. Once we have your receipt, our finance department will check on the updates of your payment. 

If your card is not charged with any amount, you may just cancel/ignore the pending order and proceed to place new orders. On the other hand, we also suggest for you to do a quick check with your card issuer whether your card can be used to make transactions on our website.
