Security token received>input>accepted, but still not letting me purchase? (and now says too many sent)

Hello,


I tried to buy in game currency yesterday. I put in my phone number wrong (forgot country code!) so I had to reset it. 


I then had a security token sent to my email. I put the security token code into my account settings. It said accepted. 


But I still can't buy? And it says too many tokens sent? I'm confused.
