Phone Confirmation security token


 I need to confirm my billing info but didn´t receive the sms with the security token

Hi Marcelo,

To update the billing information, you do not need any security token to do so, unless you are updating your mobile phone number. Once you updated your billing information, you may proceed to save the changes by clicking on the save button at the bottom of the page.

As for your order, it is currently in verifying status. Once your order is updated, we will inform you via email.
