Multiple payments open, but none are? Won't let me charge unless I take care of these 'open payments' that don't exist.
I have tried with two cards, and both get the same reply. On my buy history, there is no pending payments!
Our respective team has checked with Adyen side in regards of your issue. It seems such scenario appears when the user has a different browsers or windows open during the payment making process.
Another possibility of this scenario to be occurred is that the user has disabled the cookies. Note that the cookies is used to determine multiple activities / sessions.
