Have not received SMS for verification


I'm trying to buy a product, and when I chose m payment option and I try to proceed, the window pops up telling me to type the verification number that I received on my mobile phone. The problem is, I haven't received the text message yet. How long does it take?

im having the same issue please can you help i think its just a problem with a uk phone number and it comes up with this error message Unexpected error occured. Kindly try again or contact administrator. can i have help please

Upon further check, please be informed that the mobile number currently on your profile is not recognized by the system as a valid mobile phone number.  Kindly recheck and make sure that the number is not a landline or a VOIP number instead.
