My Gold is Not transferred

I have bought some golds for wow-eu account. Seller seems to be online and maximum delivery time is an hour. Bu he doesn't respond me back. Please help me with the situation. I have to leave soon for my work.

We had notify respective team to try contact the Seller but haven't receive any respond yet as the Seller appear to be away at this time. Our respective team will continue to check and will prompt Seller to contact you as soon the Seller is available again. We shall notify you via phone or email in case you appear to be offline once Seller is ready for delivery.
